All of Kurt’s recipes are raw, vegan and gluten free! But we don’t shy away from sharing great recipes with meat, dairy and fish on occasion. In our kitchen we use organic ingredients and try to source as much local produce as possible according to what is in season. Please see the descriptions of the individual menu items for ingredients.
Feel free to adapt and get creative with your meals. Enjoy the opportunity to make something healthy, nutritious and quick!
When possible we try to fit into a seasonal set of ingredients and offer local options. Living in Guatemala has offered us a great deal of opportunity we typically don’t have in the States during the winter months, but there are some items we miss here (like the nutritious goodness of kale and other cold growing veggies).
